NIC Asia Bank Limited Calls 28th AGM With an Agenda to Issue Right Shares; When's the Book Closure?

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has called its 28th AGM on 18th Jestha, 2083. The meeting will be held in Army Office Club, Bhadrakali, kathmandu starting at 09:00 Am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1. To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules for FY 2081/82 along with the Auditor’s Report.
3. To appoint an Auditor for FY 2082/83 and to determine their remuneration.
4. To increase the bank’s authorized, issued, and paid-up capital.
5. To approve the issuance of rights shares in a 2:1 ratio (7.45 crore units) worth Rs. 7.45 Arba.
6.To elect three directors representing founder shareholders and three directors representing public shareholders.
7. Misc.

The book closure date  is from Jestha 06 to Jestha 18. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
