NIC Asia Bank Launches ‘Sathi Home Loan’ Offering Up to Rs. 3 Crores for Housing Needs
NIC Asia Bank has introduced the “NIC Asia Sathi Home Loan” scheme under the slogan "Your Dream, Our Support" to meet customers’ housing needs. The scheme offers loans ranging from Rs. 50 lakhs to Rs. 3 crores at attractive interest rates and benefits.
It can be used for purchasing houses or apartments, constructing or reconstructing homes, and buying land, with a maximum repayment period of 25 years. For first-time homebuyers, the loan-to-value ratio is set at up to 80%, while for others it is up to 70%. The bank aims to make the homeownership dream more attainable through a simplified loan process.
