NIBL Sahabhagita Fund Proposes 7% Cash Dividend For FY 2081/82

NIBL Sahabhagita Fund has declared a 7% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.

At the 136th meeting of the board of directors of NIMB Ace Limited, a 7% return was decided to be distributed to NIBL Sahabhagita Fund for the fiscal year 2081/82. NIBL Sahabhagita Fund is an open-ended fund. The fund is sponsored by NIMB Bank Limited and managed by NIMB Ace Capital Limited.

For the purpose of dividend distribution, the book closure date is set for 5th Shrawan, 2082. Therefore, only those unitholders recorded as of 5th Shrawan, 2082 will be eligible to receive the stated dividend. As an open-ended scheme, the plan also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). Under this plan, eligible unitholders can reinvest their dividend amount (after deducting applicable taxes and DP charges) in the scheme by adjusting it into the NAV.
