Nepal Micro Insurance Appoints Himalaya Securities Banker as New Share Registrar

Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited has officially changed its share registrar, moving its share administration management from Himalayan Investment Banker Limited to Himalaya Securities Banker Limited. The decision was made following a resolution by the company's Board of Directors during a meeting held on Bhadra 5, 2083.

Under this new arrangement, which takes effect from Ashoj 2, 2083 onward, Himalaya Securities Banker Limited will handle all share related services. These duties include maintaining official security records, processing share transfers and name changes, managing share freezing and unfreezing requests, and keeping the shareholder registry updated.

All shareholders and interested stakeholders are advised to direct their share management inquiries and service requests to the newly appointed institution.
