NCHL CEO Neelesh Man Singh Pradhan Honored as ‘Manager of the Year 2025’

Neelesh Man Singh Pradhan, CEO of Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (NCHL), has been awarded the “Manager of the Year 2025” by the Management Association of Nepal (MAN) at its 45th National Management Convention 2026. The award recognizes his leadership and contributions to strengthening Nepal’s digital payment infrastructure, including the development of key national systems such as connectIPS, NPS, NEPALPAY QR, and EFT Switch.

Pradhan, who has led NCHL since 2011, has transformed the institution into the backbone of Nepal’s payment infrastructure. The convention gathered leaders, policymakers, and professionals to celebrate management excellence and discuss emerging economic and management trends, while Dr. Yubaraj Khatiwada received a Lifetime Achievement Award.
