A three-day Free Burn Treatment Camp organized by Nabil Bank concluded successfully at Seti Provincial Hospital in Sudurpashchim Province from Falgun 12–14, 2082, significantly improving access to specialized burn care in the region. Conducted in partnership with Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital, the initiative provided treatment to 65 patients, including 20 on-site surgeries in Dhangadhi and referrals of 18 critical cases to Kathmandu for advanced care.

Led by burn specialist Prof. Dr. Ishwar Lohani, the camp also focused on sustainability by training 50 local healthcare workers in basic burn management. Manoj Kumar Gyawali, CEO of Nabil Bank, stated that the program aims to expand to other underserved regions as part of the bank’s broader corporate social responsibility efforts.

The initiative not only delivered critical surgeries and follow-up care but also strengthened local medical capacity and raised awareness about burn prevention and treatment, demonstrating the impact of collaborative healthcare outreach in remote parts of Nepal.
