Mithila Laghubitta announces book closure on 1st Magh for the purpose of right share issue; more than 3 Lakh units offered

Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has published a notice regarding the book closure for the issue of 50% right shares.
The microfinance company announced that the books closure date for the purpose for right share issue will be on 1st Magh 2075.
The microfinance company will be issuing 3,29,890 unit right shares at par value of Rs 100.
Kathmandu Capital Market Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issuance.
The microfinance company has also announced 10.45% bonus shares for the FY 2074/75. After the adjustment of 50% right shares and 10.45% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of MLBBL will reach Rs 10.59 crore.
