Lock-in Period of 2,64,700 Units of Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on Falgun 29

Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited (BANDIPUR) has informed that the lock-in period of 2,64,700 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on Falgun 29, 2082.
The company had an issued capital of Rs.2.83 Arba. Out of the total 43,41,080 units, 2,64,700 (i.e., 5% of 43,41,080 ) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period.
Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and concerned stakeholders accordingly.
