Kumari Bank Limited Launches First Mastercard Debit Card; Expands Digital Payment Services

Kumari Bank Limited has launched its first Mastercard-powered debit card, marking a key step in expanding its digital and card-based services.

This card enables customers to access ATMs and POS terminals across Nepal, India, and Bhutan, along with secure online and international transactions. Bank officials highlighted that this move strengthens convenience, security, and global payment compatibility for users.

The bank also plans to introduce Mastercard credit cards soon, further enhancing its digital payments ecosystem. Kumari Bank currently provides services through 297 branches, 315 ATMs, 45 extension counters, and 48 branchless banking units nationwide.
