Infinity Laghubitta Conducts 2-Day Training to Strengthen Employee Skills and Institutional Excellence
Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) conducted a 2-day training program titled “United in Vision, Excellence in Execution” on Magh 16–17, 2082, in Butwal for 100 branch managers and monitoring officers from 49 districts.
The sessions, led by senior executives and department heads, covered loan analysis, risk management, financial operations, system security, and institutional policies. The training aimed to enhance employee skills, improve service quality, and strengthen the institution’s capacity to achieve organizational goals.
