ICAN Successfully Hosts First Campus Placement Program, Connecting Talent with Employers

Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) has successfully conducted its first Campus Placement Program, creating direct engagement between aspiring professionals and leading employers. The initiative aimed to enhance employability, strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, provide structured career opportunities, and offer practical professional experience to candidates.

The program featured participation from 18 prominent employers representing sectors such as production and trade, accounting outsourcing, insurance, banking and finance, and capital markets. A total of 92 candidates registered, reflecting their enthusiasm, preparedness, and commitment to launching their careers.

The program provided a valuable platform for candidates to showcase their skills while enabling employers to identify talented professionals. ICAN expressed gratitude to all participants and anticipates that future placement initiatives will further empower aspiring professionals in their career development.
