Himalayan Realtors Secures Nationwide ‘Bhu-Sewa’ License to Modernize Real Estate Services

Himalayan Realtors has obtained a nationwide ‘Bhu-Sewa’ operation license from the Department of Land Management and Archives, enabling it to provide integrated real estate services from a single platform across Nepal. This approval removes previous administrative hurdles that required separate permissions from multiple land revenue offices.

The company aims to offer transparent, technology-driven, and one-stop digital services to customers. Currently, the service is limited to institutional transactions above NPR 3 crore within metropolitan and sub-metropolitan areas, but the company expects future expansion to include smaller transactions, municipalities, and individual buyers.

With this initiative, Himalayan Realtors seeks to reduce risks in property dealings and support the government’s long-term vision of a secure, fully digital, and non-face-to-face real estate transaction system in Nepal.
