Hathway Investment Nepal Limited (HATHY) proposes a 12.632% dividend for FY 2081/82.
The 215th meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 2 has proposed a 12.632% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. 12% bonus shares and 0.632% cash dividends (including tax) have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.41 Arba.
The book closure date has not been announced yet. The dividend will be endorsed at the AGM of the company.
