Gold Prices Tumble by Rs. 11,000 Per Tola in Sharp Single Day Drop; Silver Falls by Rs. 275

Gold prices in the domestic market witnessed strong fall today, as election nears and ongoing conflict in middle east impacted the gold market to react sharply.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold decreased by Rs. 11,000 per tola, reaching Rs. 317,600 per tola, down from Rs. 328,600 per tola recorded yesterday. The precious metal had surged by Rs. 5,600 in the previous day.
Similarly, Tejabi gold also recorded a notable loss of Rs. 11,000 per tola, declining to Rs. 316,900 per tola, compared to Rs. 327,900 per tola a day earlier.
Furthermore, the silver market moved in the same direction. Silver prices declined by Rs. 275 per tola, settling at Rs. 5,540 per tola, down from Rs. 5,815 per tola yesterday.
