Deadline Extended for 1: 0.80 Right Offering of City Hotel Limited

City Hotel Limited (CITY) has extended the deadline for its ongoing rights offering. Initially opened on 23rd Bhadra, 2082, the issue was scheduled to close today, i.e., on 12th Ashwin, 2082. However, as per the latest notice, the rights offering will now remain open until 26th Ashwin, 2082.
The company will be issuing 80% right shares worth Rs. 1.67 Arba through the issue of 13,192,000 (1: 0.80) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital is Rs. 1.67 Arbas. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, i.e., 13,192,000 units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 3.01 Arba.
According to the CDSC, 46,754 applicants applied for 10,00,197 units of right shares, equivalent to Rs. 10.00 crores.
Prabhu Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
The book closure date is 27th Shrawan, 2082. Thus, investors who held shares before that day can apply for them.
