Citizen Life Insurance Honors Top Leaders at MDRT 2026 Program

Citizen Life Insurance successfully conducted the MDRT 2026 (Million Dollar Round Table) recognition and training program from 5–7 Falgun 2082 at Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pokhara. A total of 70 Citizen leaders were honored, including 67 MDRT qualifiers, 2 COT (Court of the Table), and 1 TOT (Top of the Table) achiever. Senior agency managers, branch heads, and regional leaders also participated.

The program aimed to recognize top performers, provide strategic guidance, and deliver intensive training. A special session on “The Secret of Progressive Life” was conducted by renowned sales coach and motivational speaker Dr. Rabin Katwal, inspiring participants in both personal and professional growth. Key company executives, including Kuber Pathak, Gopal Pangeni, Bhushan Rimal, and CEO Poshak Raj Paudel, provided guidance and presentations. Brand ambassadors Madan Krishna Shrestha and Harivansh Acharya also participated, adding humor and honoring the MDRT achievers.
