Araniko Development to distribute cash dividend warrants from Jestha 13

Araniko Development Bank Limited is distributing 5% Cash Dividend warrants to its shareholders from Jestha 13, 2072.

The 9th Annual General Meeting of the bank held on 25th Chaitra had endorsed 5% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year 2070/71.

The cash dividend would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday from its RTS Nabil Growmore Merchant Banker Limited, DurbarMarg, Kathmandu.

The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.
