United Finance Ltd. has infromed NEPSE on 2072-02-08 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2072-01-28 has approved the resignition of its fromer director Mr. Prakash Mundara. The same meeting has appointed Mr. Beni Gopal Mundara as director in the vacant post.
