Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited has informed NEPSE on 2072-02-22 that the 7th AGM of the company held on 2072-02-18 has elected Mr. Dhruba koirala, Mr. Narayan Prasad Paudyal and Mr. Pankaj Neupane as the board members from the group of ordinary shareholders for the next four years.
