Garima Capital to Underwrite Rs 10.75 Crore IPO of Sabha Pokhari Hydropower

Garima Capital Limited has signed an underwriting agreement with Sabha Pokhari Hydropower Limited for its upcoming IPO of 10.75 lakh ordinary shares. The shares will be issued at Rs 100 per share, with a total issue size of Rs 10.75 crore, which will be underwritten by Garima Capital.

The agreement was signed by Garima Capital Acting CEO Ashok Subedi and Sabhapokhari Hydropower Managing Director ShreeRam Devkota at Garima Capital’s head office in Kamalpokhari.

Sabha Pokhari Hydropower operates the 5 MW Sankhuwa Khola Small Hydropower Project in Sabha Pokhari Rural Municipality-3, Sankhuwasabha. The project was completed in January 2025 and connected to the national grid through a 33 kV transmission line via the Dumlingtar Substation.
