Right Shares of Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Added in SEBON Pipeline

The Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added the rights shares of Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited (UHEWA) to its pipeline under preliminary review. The application was submitted to the board on Ashwin 15, 2083.

The company is looking to issue 91.3%, i.e., (1:0.913), rights shares worth Rs. 52.50 crore through the issue of 5,250,000 (1:0.913) units of rights shares to its existing shareholders. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 57.50 Crores.

Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
