Api Power Company Limited (API) proposes a 5.2632% dividend for FY 2082/83.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 18 has proposed a 5.2632% dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. A 5% bonus share of Rs. 31.89 crore and a 0.2632% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs.1. 67 crore has been proposed. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 6.37 Arba.
The dividend was subject to being distributed only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
