50% Right Shares of People's Power Limited Listed in NEPSE

31,63,000 unit right shares of People's Power Limited (PPL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company issued a 1:0.50 ratio right share i.e., 31,63,000 units to its shareholders from 22nd Ashadh to 26th Shrawan, 2082. Out of which only 27,71,221 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The remaining 3,91,779 units of unsubscribed right shares were later sold through an auction from the 15th Bhadra to the 22nd Bhadra, 2082.

The same 31,63,000 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Prabhu Capital Limited was the company's auction manager.

As of writing, PPL has an LTP of Rs. 311.00.
