Nepal Life Insurance Co. issuing 30.96 lakh units FPO at Rs. 1,425 from Poush 27, 2073

Siddhartha Capital Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-09-18 that Nepal Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (NLIC) is going to issue 30,96,429 units ordinary shares by Further Public Offering at premium price of Rs. 1425 from 2073-09-27 (January 11, 2017). The FPO was approved by SEBON on December 29, 2016 after NLIC had amended its FPO price that was previously set at Rs. 2,951. After the FPO, the promoter-public shareholding structure of the life insurance company will be 70:30 and its reserve will increase by Rs. 4.1 arba. The offer letter for the issue will be published tomorrow (Poush 19, 2073).
