Youngest Commercial Bank of Nepal- Mega Bank bags 'Bank of the Year Award 2019', Chairman and CEO received award in London

Mega Bank Nepal Limited (MEGA) has been awarded ‘The Banker’s Bank of the Year Award 2019’ presented by The Banker, a highly recognized UK based International Financial Affairs magazine, owned by the Financial Times Limited. This is the first time that the bank has received the award. 

‘The Banker’s Bank of the Year Award’ is regarded as the industry standard for banking excellence. The winners are judged on the basis of their ability to deliver returns to shareholders and gain strategic advantage, bank’s financial performance, shareholders’ value and customers’ initiative, among others. Mega Bank Chairman Bhoj Bahadur Shah and CEO Anupama Khunjeli jointly received the award in London.
