Xiaomi unveils its Smart TV and Ecosystem in Nepal; find out more about range of affordable MI products

Xiaomi, a global technology leader has announced another addition to their product category in Nepal. With this, the brand plans to go through deeper into the accessories and ecosystem.

Mi TV 4X 65-inch

Expanding its portfolio of smart TVs, Xiaomi has launched a new Mi TV 4X 65-inch model in Nepal. This model features a 65-inch 4K display with HDR support and comes with an in-house Android-based Patch Wall UI.

The Xiaomi Mi TV 4X 65-inch is powered by the quad-core Amlogic Cortex A53 chipset, paired with a dedicated Mali GPU, 2GB of RAM, and 16 GB of internal storage.

Mi TV 4A 43 inch Horizon Edition

As the product name suggests, The Xiaomi Mi TV 4A 43 inch Horizon Edition is a variant of the Mi TV 4A, with what Xiaomi refers to as a “Horizon Display”, which means it has slim borders.

The top left, and right of the Mi TV 4A 43 Edition’s screen do indeed have very slim plastic borders. A big advantage of the design is that buyers with space restrictions might find that they can get a larger screen than they might have thought possible. There’s a small Mi logo in the center of the bottom, with a small module for the standby light, IR receiver, and power button right below it. The TV isn’t too thick and weighs just 6.6 kg without the base stands.

Mi TV 4A 40

Mi LED TV 4A 32

Binge watchers can rejoice as the Android TV integrates Patch Wall that comes with more than 700,000 hours of content suited for the entire family.

MI ECOSYSTEM IN NEPAL

Xiaomi launched two new products to add to its ecosystem products in Nepal. The company has announced the MI Portable Bluetooth Speaker (16W) and the Mi Beard Trimmer 1C in the country.

Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker (16W)

As the name suggests, the Mi Portable Bluetooth Speaker is a 16 W speaker, split into two 8w full-range drivers. The speaker has a mesh-like design with anti-slip padding that is meant to avoid accidental slips when placed on a surface.

It also has a 2600 mAh battery, with a claimed 13-hour battery life. It sports an IPX7 rating, meaning it can be immersed in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. It will also work with voice assistants and has built-in microphones for taking calls.

Mi Beard Trimmer 1C

The Mi Beard Trimmer 1C is lighter and thinner than the previous model which was launched back. The device comes with an improved design to offer better grip and control while shaving the beard. The dial on the trimmer offers 20 length settings for different kinds of stylings, instead of the 40 length settings offered on the first Mi Beard Trimmer. It charges fully in about two hours and offers up to 60 minutes of run time.

Furthermore, the Mi Beard Trimmer 1c comes with a Micro-USB port for charging. The device comes with an LED indicator alerting you of the battery status every time you switch it on. The blade head is removable and can be cleaned easily with a brush. There’s a 600mAh battery inside the trimmer and it comes with a one-year warranty.

It is only available in a single black color option.
