Xiaomi launches its authorized service center in Butwal; Strengthens its after-sales service network with centers in major cities
Xiaomi, global technology leader, has announced its latest Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Nepal ,situated in Ram Mandir Line, Singh Complex, Butwal. Other service centers are located in Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Narayanghat, Itahari, Dhangadi and Kathmandu.
Xiaomi as a brand has showcased diligent efforts to build and maintain the highest benchmarks towards quality and process and the expansion of the after sales service network in Nepal marks a significant step towards the same.

The launch of these service centers has witnessed an increase in the use of authorized products in the user community in Nepal. A substantial decline in the turnaround time of service and better accessibility are instrumental in showcasing the commitment of the brand to the Mi Fans in Nepal.
Following the launch, Xiaomi Nepal will be providing free servicing to all the Xiaomi products. Even the customers who do not have their warranty card with them can benefit from this for a week.
