Xiaomi Expands After-Sales Network with New Service Centres in Nepal

Global technology company Xiaomi has strengthened its presence in Nepal by opening official service centres at Setu BK Chowk in Nepalgunj and Tulsipur Chowk in Ghorahi. The new facilities provide repair, maintenance, and technical support for smartphones, wearables, hearables, and IoT devices, along with genuine spare parts to ensure reliable service.

Operations will be managed by TeleDirect Pvt. Ltd. under Ramesh Corp, Xiaomi’s authorized service partner in the country. To mark the launch, customers will receive one month of special offers, including free servicing and software updates, discounts of up to 25% on out-of-warranty repairs, and waived service charges, with skilled technicians available for both routine and complex technical assistance.
