Wow! Swarojgar pledges 27.39% bonus share, 20% cash; 1:1 right share

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd has pledged massive 27.39 percent bonus share and 20 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2070/71.

On top of that it has also offered 1:1 proportion of right shares after the bonus shares.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the microfinance institution took the decision to this effect on September 7 and the management has notified Nepal Stock Exchange Limited about the same today.

However, the pledged dividends are subject to the approval of the central bank and the upcoming AGM of the MFI.
