World Merchant Banking and Finance Limited to convene 16th and 17th AGM on 21st Asadh, 2076; no dividend for the shareholders

The 331^st BOD meeting of World Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (WMBF) held on 31^st Jestha, 2076 has decided that the company will be convening the 16^th and 17^th AGM on 21^st Asadh, 2076 (6^th July, 2019) at Motel Avocado Hetuda, Makwanpur from 11 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights for the year 73/74 and 74/75. The AGM will also appoint statutory auditor for the fiscal year 75/76. The agenda includes providing authority to the BOD to look for suitable BFIs for merger and acquisition.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed from 14^th Asadh to 21^st Asadh, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 13^th Asadh, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM of the company.
