World Merchant Banking and Finance changes its name to Samriddhi Finance Limited; NRB and CRO approve the decision

As per the approval received from the 16th and 17th AGM of World Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (WMBF), the name of the company has been changed to Samriddhi Finance Limited.
This decision has been approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and Company Registrars’ Office through a letter received on Ashwin 14, 2076.
All operations taking place under the name of World Merchant banking and Finance Limited has been transferred to the name Samriddhi Finance Limited.
