Womi Microfinance to convene its AGM on Kartik 17; Book closure from Kartik 04

Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) will be convening its 7^th AGM on Kartik 17, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Jaycees Bhawan, Narayanghat at 1:30 PM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

1. To make necessary amendments in the MoA and regulations of the company
2. To provide authority to the BOD for making decisions regarding merger and acquisition with/of other microfinance companies.

Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of audited financial statement for the FY 2074/75, appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and approval for the proposed 25% cash dividend worth Rs 2.52 crore.

For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register of the microfinance company will remain closed from Kartik 04 till Kartik 17, 2075, i.e. the shareholders holding shares of the microfinance company till Kartik 03 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
