Womi Microfinance convenes 8th AGM; endorses bonus shares of Rs 2.52 crore and elects new 6 BoDs with Ms. Bindiya Pradhan as chairman

Womi Microfinance has convened its 8th AGM on Ashad 19, 2077. The AGM has endorsed the board’s decision to provide Rs 2.52 crore and cash dividend of Rs 13.30 lakh for tax purpose.

The AGM has also endorsed all the financial reports and highlights of the previous FY and also unanimously elected new BoDs from promoter and public shareholders. it has elected Ms. Bindiya Pradhan, Ms. Bimala Upadhya Ghimire, Ms. Kisori Thapa, Mr. Narendra Kumar Prasai, Mr. Krishna Raj Silwal and Mr. Shiv Prasad Mishra as board members. The board meet after the AGM has appointed Ms. Bindiya Pradhan as the chairman of the microfinance.

Womi Microfinance after the merger with Nagarik Laghubitta has presence in 38 districts with 61 branches.
