Womi Microfinance announces 25% cash dividend for its shareholders; Shareholders to receive Rs 2.52 crore as dividend

Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) has announced 25% cash dividend for its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company has announced cash dividend worth Rs 2,52,72,000 for its shareholders.
The decision taken by the 108th BoD meeting is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
Womi Microfinance reported net profit of Rs 3.95 in the fourth quarter of the FY 2074/75.
