Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has issued a notice requesting NEPSE to freeze its share transactions from today.
Womi Laghubitta signed a Merger Agreement Letter with Grameen Swayamsewak Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha last Friday.
Grameen Swayamsewak Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is a "D" class financial institution (microfinance company) operational in Sarlahi, Ward no. 11. The company is not yet listed in the NEPSE.
