Womi Laghubitta appoints Kumari Capital as its share registrar; merchant bank to carry out all stock related jobs of microfinance
Womi Microfinance has appointed Kumari Capital as its share registrar.
The agreement regarding the same was signed between CEO of WoMi Microfinance Mr. Pramesh Acharya and CEO of Kumari Capital Mr. Pushpa Sharma on Mangsir 4, 2077 amid a program, as per the media statement.
With this agreement, all stock related works of WoMi Laghubitta will be carried out by Kumari Capital, as per the media statement.
