With a 0.15% Uptick NEPSE Settles at 2,824.90 Level; GLH Leads the Turnover While Overall Volume Stood at 14.32 Arba

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a gain today, gaining by 4.45 points (0.15%) to settle at 2,824.90. This follows a 23.87 point gain in the previous session.
The benchmark index opened at 2824.29, touching an intraday high of 2,839.35, while the lowest point was 2,808.57. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 14.32 Arba, with 39,549,033 shares traded across 350 companies through 124,490 transactions. Market capitalization stood at Rs. 47.54 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 16.24 Kharba.

GreenLife Hydropower Limited (GLH) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs. 81.01 crores. The stock closed at Rs. 321.80.

Solu Hydropower Limited (SOHL) and Salapa Bikas Bank Limited (SABBL) hit Upper Circuit with 10.00% each.

Meanwhile, Daramkhola Hydro Energy Limited (DHEL) recorded the steepest drop, falling 10.00%.

Among sectors, the Trading Index registered the highest gain, gaining 2.83%, while the Hotels And Tourism Index saw the highest loss at 0.62%.
