When's the book closure date of Everest Bank Limited (EBL) for 10.53% Dividend? When will it organize the AGM?

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has announced the book closure date for the dividend and the company's upcoming AGM.

The book closure date is announced on Poush 10. Thus, investors maintained before Poush 10 are entitled to the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77 and can also attend the AGM.

The bank has already proposed a 10.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 322nd meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 19 has proposed a 5% of the paid-up capital as bonus shares and 5.53% as cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 8,47,02,06,836.

The dividend will be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and the company's upcoming AGM on Poush 27. In the previous fiscal year 2075/76, the bank had distributed 5% bonus shares and 20% cash dividend.
