When is the book closure of Shivam Cements for AGM and 24.21% dividend?

Shivam Cements Limited has already announced its 5th AGM on 24th Kartik, 2077. The AGM will be hosted online from the company's corporate office at Anamnagar.

Issuing a new notice, Shivam Cements has declared the book closure date on Kartik 13. Thus, investors maintained before that date are eligible to attend the AGM and are entitled to the dividend payout.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse a 24.21% dividend as a cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. This amounts to a little over Rs. 1.06 Arba. In the previous fiscal year 2075/76, SHIVM had distributed a 15.78% cash dividend to its shareholders.

Furthermore, the AGM will also authorize the BOD to make loan agreements, if needed, for amounts higher than the paid-up capital itself. Investors willing to participate in the AGM will be provided with their Zoom ID/Passcode.
