Wean Nepal Laghubitta (WNLB) Reschedules its 7th AGM to Jestha 31 to Endorse 9.83% Dividend

Wean Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WNLB) has rescheduled its 7th AGM on 31st Jestha. Previously, the company had decided to call its 7th AGM on Jestha 20 but due to violation in publishing book closure date the company has the AGM to Jestha 31, 2079. The meeting will be held in Shree Indrawati Samudayik Sewa Kendra, Fataksila-8, Sindhupalchowk, starting at 11 am that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 9.83% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 11th meeting of the board of directors held on Jestha 09 for FY 2078/79 has decided to distribute 9.33% bonus shares worth Rs. 67,65,000 and 0.5% cash dividend worth Rs. 3,38,250 from the paid-up capital. This AGM will also elect 4 board members from the promoters and 2 from the public shareholders.

Furthermore, the AGM will also discuss issuing the Further Public Offering (FPO) to the general public. The company intends to convert the shareholding structure to 70:30.

The shareholders registration book (book closure) is from Jestha 18 to Jestha 31. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
