WEAN Nepal Laghubitta appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as issue manager to float its shares in FPO

WEAN Nepal Laghubitta has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as the issue manager for the issuance of its 51.29 thousand unit shares to the general public through an FPO process with an added premium.
The agreement was signed between the CEO of the microfinance Mr. Basant Bahadur Shakya and the CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Devraj Adhikari, amid a program on Mangsir 27, 2078.
