Water Energy Solution Limited is set to issue an initial public offering (IPO) of ordinary shares for the general public.
Himalayan Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sale manager for the process, with a formal agreement signed on Thursday.
The company is currently developing the 8.3 MW Upper Deumai Khola Hydropower Project in Ilam district.
