Want 17% cash dividend of Kailash Bikas Bank; Today is the last day to hold the shares

Kailash Bikas Bank Limited (KBBL) will be convening its 25th AGM on Poush 22, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Amritbhog Party Palace, Kathmandu at 10:30 AM.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book of the development bank will remain closed from Poush 06, 2075 till Poush 22, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the bank till Poush 05 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive 17% cash dividend.
The main agenda of the meeting includes providing authority to the BOD to make decisions regarding the merger and acquisition of the development bank.
Other agendas of the AGM include:
- Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75.
- Distribution of 17% cash dividend worth Rs 42.85 crore and
- Appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76
