Vision Lumbini Urja Company Decides Not To Distribute Dividend For FY 2081/82

Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited (VLUCL) has announced that it will not distribute any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
The decision was made during the board meeting held on Mangsir 16, 2082. However, the financial statements are yet to be approved at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
VLUCL closed at Rs. 568.90.
The hydropower company has not yet proposed any dividends.
