Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The company's 124th meeting of the board held on Poush 05 has proposed a 19% bonus shares and 1% cash dividend from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 22,40,31,500. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 4,25,65,985 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 22,40,315.
This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the company. As of writing, the LTP of the company stands at Rs. 1,170.
