Vijaya Laghubitta (VLBS) calls SGM; What is their main agenda?

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) has called an SGM on Falgun 15, i.e. February 27. The SGM will be held in Gaidakot - 8, Nawalparasi, starting at 9 am that day.

The primary agenda of the SGM is related to the acquisition of Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The SGM will discuss the Memorandum of Understanding, Due Diligence Audit, and the Share Swap Ratio determined by the analysis. Other agendas include endorsement of amendment in capital structure, shareholding ratio, etc.

The book closure date is announced on Falgun 07. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to attend the SGM. Books will be closed from Falgun 07 to Falgun 15.
