Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited Calls AGM on Ashwin 19; What are the Agendas?

Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited has called its 12th and 13th AGM on 19th Ashwin, 2078. The meeting will be held in Nepal Electricity Authority's head office in Durbar Marg, Kathmandu, starting at 11: 30 that day.

1) Endorse the annual report and financial reports of FY 2075/76.
2) Endorse the financial grant provided to project-affected district's social organizations.
