Upper Syange Hydropower to float 8.70 lakh unit shares in IPO; appoints Prabhu Capital as share underwriter

Upper Syange Hydropower has appointed Prabhu Capital as share underwriter for its upcoming 8.70 lakh unit shares in IPO to project-affected locals and the general public.

The MoU regarding the same was signed between the Executive chair of the hydro company Mr. Bir Bahadur Ghale and MD of the merchant banker Mr. Dinesh Thakali amid a program.

The company is currently constructing a 2.4 MW hydro project at Syange river in Lamjung whose physical construction work is almost completed, as per the media statement.
