Upakar Laghubitta (ULBSL) Distributed 61.75% Bonus Shares Directly to Shareholders' DEMAT Account

Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ULBSL) has distributed 61.75% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT accounts of its shareholders. The company has urged its shareholders to dematerialize its shares.
The company convened its 4th AGM on Falgun 18 and endorsed a 65% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 13 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.56 crores. 61.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 4.05 crores and 3.25% cash dividend worth Rs. 21.32 were proposed.
Note that the bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE. As of writing, ULBSL has an LTP of Rs. 1,519.
