Upakar Laghubitta earns Rs 1.08 crore till Q2 of 2076/77; Paid-up capital at Rs 4.2 crore

Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ULBSL) has posted a net profit of Rs. 1.08 crore in the unaudited second-quarter report for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The young microfinance company posted net interest income of Rs. 4.47 Crore and total operating income of Rs. 5.29 crore by the end of the second quarter of FY 75/76.

The company has collected deposits worth Rs.63.07 Crore while it has issued loans worth Rs.1.03 arba till Q2. As of the end of the second quarter, the borrowings of the company stands at Rs.28.95 Crore.

As per the second-quarter report, the paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs.4.20 Crore with reserves of Rs.7.85 Crore. The company is yet to issue IPO to the general public.
